“I did not find your web site terribly user friendly. However I made it to check out and purchased next day delivery. Three days later interrogated the YODEL site and found that my package had arrived twice at their site and left once. I really wanted the goods for a trip away beginning last FRIDAY 3.10.14. I rang YODEL and they admitted that they still had my goods and when i said that I thought that I had paid for next day delivery they confirmed that fact but did not have a lot to say about their delay and poor service. They did however agree to deliver this coming Wednesday. Not happy with my overall experience.”
