“I will have to return my order unfortunately, the quality was good for the price but the cut and fit were not as expected - no sane woman wants to walk half marathon distance trails with uncomfortable, impractical fashion trousers cut to fasten at hip height, and please don't force us to keep buying men's just so we can have trousers cut to fasten at the natural waist. On the other hand, I've bought other Karrimor products which were affordable and did the job well, my parcel arrived promptly and so far service was all fine.”

“Service good, ordered on a Saturday, delivered on Monday. What lets you down is this, ordered 2 pairs of boot laces @ £2.99 per pair. They turned up with 99p price tags from Sports Direct with no offer of a refund for the difference.”

“Product good but over charged. Paid £13.99 EACH for 2 items (caps) which arrived complete with shop attached price ticket showing a price of £6.99 EACH. That's £14 total overcharged. Contacted customer services but no reply to date.”

“I have just sent an email to you re my order. Socks arrived priced at a total of £24.96. I have been charged £49.96. I am not happy with this and will return the items within the next couple of days unless you can tell me why I am expected to pay £25.00 more than price on the items Jill Whittaker.”

“I was shocked to find out Karrimor is linked to / part of Sports Direct and when emailing the customer service team about this and my wish to return and refund my order as I do not support these companies or ethics (lack of), my attempts were ignored.”

“I received my parcel in good time however the box had a large 50% off sticker reducing the shoes from £64.99 to £32.99 I had paid the full price not subtle not impressed. I will be returning but am out of pocket x2 lots of postage”
