“Bought two pairs of trousers. Button broken on one due to being poor quality. Luckily they come with a spare so I could fix myself. Average quality products at low prices. Get what you pay for.”

“I ordered a pair of trousers and within half an hour of the order, tried to change the colour which I had ordered incorrectly. There was no way of changing the order or cancelling it, so I have had to wait until the product arrived and then send it back. I also tried to contact Karrimor by email but received no response.”

“Delivered before email saying it was despatched! However, we were not in when the shoes arrived and carrier (Hermes) threw the bag over the 7' back wall/gate where it narrowly missed precious potted plants and lay in the rain for hours. Neighbours were at home and could have taken the package.”

“Unfortunately my latest order from Karrimor was not a success. Running shoes did not fit although previous running shoes & walking boots in same size from Karrimor fitted perfectly. Long-sleeved running shirt was too small - size 18 but chest measurement is only 36". 2 T-shirts, both size 20 (my normal size is 18), both quite tight & clingy across top but also much too long. I actually felt quite insulted that a size 20, XXXL apparently, was too small for me - I'm not so big! I also bought a pack of 2 pairs of running socks. I was charged £11.99, but the pack had a sale price label on it saying £5.99 and also a sticker saying 2 pairs for £9! So online customers are expected to pay over twice the price marked on the item! Not impressed at all, I will be returning everything.”

“I have just re-packed the 2 pairs of walking socks to send back to you. Very miffed that I have to do this and bear the cost- what happened to paying for a returnable receipt as is usual with most firms now ? I have size 2 feet and these socks were very big despite saying size 1-6 on the package.”
