“Shameful. I Sent for a pair of Karrimor, Panther shorts, via Karrimor (who are part of SD and that's who you deal with if you have any issues), for my partner's birthday. They were advertised at £39.99. He loves these and so, despite having bought the exact same thing online last year, at £13.99, and later, a further pair in store for £19.99, I decided to go for it. When they arrived they had a genuine, large pink price reduction tag attached, with 50% reduction and a price of £19.99. I was ecstatic, assuming they'd been advertised incorrectly online, especially as in the interim I'd spotted a pair in the next size, in Speke store for £19.99. I contacted Sport Direct with a pleasant email, pointing out that I thought they'd been incorrectly priced, and anticipated a response offering a £20 refund. But, I hadn't bargained with SD's business methods and customer relations ethos. Despite several messages back and forth, they were utterly unprepared to l move. So, even though the shorts have exactly the same reduced price tag as the stores, the stores are selling these shorts at £19.99 and they are also available online at £19.99, via SD Online, you won't reduce the price to me. I realise that you couldn't give a watsit, so long as you have my money, but all the same, as I said - shameful.”

“Bought two pairs of socks for £11.99 each plus £4.99 delivery, Total £28.97 Feel a bit cheated & insulted to receive the items after a week, fully labelled with 50% off - £5.99 stickers, and ‘buy two of this product for £9’ stickers. Great socks, poor pricing.”

“Eyelets corrosed and fallen off after few walking sessions during 1.5 year. Low quality of eyelets in this model. No customer support. They just appologise. Buy their product if you want to hear more excuses.”

“I love the Karrimor products, and have used them exclusively for eight years. I have always bought them from Sports Direct stores in the past, but decided to order from the Karrimor website this time. I was horrified to receive my goods, all with labels saying they were reduced by 50%, yet I had been charged full price. So I returned my delivery to Karrimor, went to my local Sports Direct store and re-purchased the same items at half the price!”

“Terrible service. Received item with 50% discount label on. It was half price from their sports direct website. I foolishly paid double by not checking and using Karrimor website direct. Would have been nice to have the discount honoured.”

“Good quick service but very badly let down by the fact I paid full price and then the box which the shoes came on were MARKED HALF PRICE! So I will never shop Karrimor on line ever again as I consider this to be giving two fingers to a new client and ha ha you paid full price didn't you!”

“I recently ordered the two walking poles for my husband, and paid £39.99 plus postage. When they arrived they have a 50% off sticker attached tp the label, and priced at £19.99, I found this rather unfair, and would like to know if you are going to credit me with the difference. My daughter had given myself some as a present earlier in the year, so that is why I thought I would order direct. Thank you in anticipation. My review would have been higher”
