“I bought a pair of your D30Excel trainers for my training for a Welsh Three Peaks Challenge I am making in June with my grandson to raise money for MS Research (my daughter has MS). They are supremely comfortable and really make me want to run even though at present that is not possible as I am recovering from a broken leg incurred in a riding accident. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that walking on a wet pavement I was a little unsure of the traction, so need to test them on conditions more commensurate with the sort of conditions we will encounter on the mountains. If this seems ok I would be delighted to give an improved rating.”

“The Karrimor Heidi hiking boots I got are extremely comfortable. I walk to and from work everyday and I am happy that I now have comfortable and weatherproof shoes to do so in. The only negative was delivery. The parcel was simply dumped on the stairs of the office building where I work. I paid almost £5 for delivery so I really wasn't happy when I saw my parcel where anyone could have taken it (for the record the office had people in it all day long so it was lack of effort of the delivery person!).”

“The order process was good and simple, and the packaging + delivery was also good. The product was nice quality and just as expected except for the sizing. The 10.5 (UK) was too short and I have had to return the shoes for a size 11. My partner does not normally take a size 11 so we have come to the conclusion that the sizing is on the small size.”
