“I bought a backpack 'Superlight 20' from Karrimor for my day trips and for usage during the weekend. The quality is excellent and I love the design and the attention to small details. The part that attaches to the back is made from a flexible foam construction that is enough rigid to protect the back and at the same time ensures proper ventilation. The material is water resistant and looks very nice. A front bag allows the storage of a bicycle helmet. This backpack is excellent and is even better than expected. As usual Karrimor provides good products.”

“As a larger lady trying to lose weight, it is a constant struggle trying to find gym wear in my size, so I was delighted to find a good range of items in larger sizes. Easy to order, delivered on time and good quality. I have only knocked one star off due to the fact that I ordered all items in the same size, yet a couple of the items were too small.”

“Everything about the purchase mechanism was fine. However, I got text messages telling me that the order was out for delivery, then a text message saying that the item had been delivered - which it was not. I then got an e-mail confirming that the item was with a courier and then an e-mail confirming delivery. I have been at home all morning and no attempt has been made to deliver the order, I certainly have not signed for it. Hermes, the courier's web site only advises to contact the retailer if there is a problem. I have sent an e-mail and at the moment I am waiting for a reply.”
