“OK I am 5ft 11 and about 84 kg with 42 inch chest and usually easily fit into a size XL This £155 garment only just missed going back as it might have been a good L but it was smaller than my experience with most other XLs - including Cotswold branded. Noticed with their terms you have to pay return postage - like you pay £155 and the size is questionable - and the customer has to pay for the return!! - unacceptable. Would I buy again? - Not by internet.”

“I ordered my coat one night this week for a planned trip to Norway, I phoned a mate also going and recommended the said coat, he went online minutes after I had ordered mine at £74:99. When he told me the price had dropped again to £52:99 !!!!! I was flabbergasted!!! I immediately contacted customer support and eventually was told basically that nothing could be done about me paying over twenty pounds extra for goods that dropped in price minutes later..WELL YOU WANTED FEEDBACK.....NEVER AGAIN”

“This is my first time shopping online at Karrimor, which already given me a good experience. Firstly, the delivery is so quick, earlier than what I expected before. And the tracking of delivery status is also professional and very details. The flexibility of the delivery option is also very convenient to me. Really appreciate!! Secondly, the quality of the products I chose are really good as well. The product description online, e.g. size, material, details part, is definitely comprehensive and telling the truth which made me get all of them are right choice. I think I will do the online shopping at Karrimor again and will recommend my friends as well.”

“Great sale, got the mountain hat and some fleece gloves, pretty much exactly what I imagined. The delivery is a bit expensive, 5 pound kind of deters people from the sale, even at the reduced sale cost. I also didn't know my local Sports Direct was selling the same items with the same reduced sale price, so I essentially lost out on a fiver through my own error, but still something that possibly looked into. Overall thoroughly enjoy these and other products from Karrimor.”
