“Received the watches on time collected from sports direct. A little disappointed with the back light on watch really difficult to see. However that is the only thing I can find fault with. For the price it does whst I want.”

“I am unable to comment as I received this email and have still not received email saying that my goods are ready to pick up at the local DW store. Ordered on Sunday. It is now Thursday and I received this yesterday. Email on Sunday said that order had been processed.”

“My size is 12, some desige of the clothes, the sleeves and body are too long for me to wear, if return some of the clothes, I have to pay the postage which is not worth doing it. so I do not know what I am going to do.”

“Ordered 3 pairs of trainers. They arrived very quickly. My wife's trainers were not the right trainers in the box which is a inconvenience. Easy for people to say there is more choice online. What are we all doing? Buying blind”

“I am only able to share a rating of the delivery service becuse the review request came before the delivry. I find when tracking my delivery that Yodel 'could not find my property' - but I have not yet been able to contact them as their chat is permanently busy. No other courier has this trouble by the way. It might have something to do with the fact that Yodel are notoriously bad employers. People who treat and pay their staff properly tend to run a better-performing business. Your brand is tarnished by association with a poor courier. Also by association with Sports Direct of course, another notoriously bad employer. So no, I am not impressed.”

“So, for Christmas, the other half wanted a new rucksack for his walking (as well as a Porsche, a Breitling watch and a pair of Loakes...ha! Roll on the lottery..) I asked a friend which company should I buy from and she suggested Karrimor, who I'd heard of but not bought anything from ... Went on line and was a) v. impressed with the choice and b) with the prices. Ordered one and it was here the next day...and it was free delivery! A1 service and product. Will definitely buy from you again.”

“The ice gilet is perfectly adequate but I don't think it is up to the quality if my previous Karrimor gilet. Also disappointed that the facility to fold the jacket into the breast pocket is no longer provided. Summary, perfectly adequate but falls short of my old jacket.”

“Nice jacket but sadly didn't get to take it home. I ordered using click & collect but when I picked up from the store (sports direct at Cribbs causeway) I realised it was too small. No problem, the store had the next size up in a different colour so took it to the till & asked to swap & was then asked to pay £7.00 extra as the same jacket was a different price in store & despite my online order having the same higher price showing on its label they still wouldn't swap. Could I get a refund? Not unless I send it back at my cost (already having paid £5 delivery). Mental, the right size is right there in front of me but I can't have it unless I pay £7 more or go away and order online to get the original lower price which is still available. Really unhelpful staff too.”
