“Order four items and collected at Sports Direct. All arrived very quickly. But, the jacked is tagged as L (as ordered) but is labelled XL on the jacket. Just as well I ordered ahead of my trip to allow for posted return as unable to resolve in store which was very disappointing”

“i have ordered running shoes. they are size 3 but in the size selection icon its written that size 3 is equal 36 in europe . i just got my shoes now but on the box label, its written that they are 35,5 Europe size. i think i wont be able to use them because they are small for me and they hurt my toes . so this is sad, i think i will never order from karrimor again.”

“Delivery should be free, no pre paid return label included in case product is not the right fit. All in all poor service, charging for every little thing possible, could learn from superdry and other brands on how to provide good customer service.”
