“Everything was fine. The shoes arrived very fast and what worried me mostly by ordering via internet the size was exactly as expected. I.e. the size chart whas correct which is not always the case and especially in my case where I normally would have bought size 10,5 but with Karrimor I had to chose between 10 and 11. The risk was very big that the shoes will be slightly short but finally I trused your size chart and everything was fine. The shoes also look as expected. The only thing that spoils the impression was a small paper tag on the shoes where it has been written that they come with 2 years warranty. I sent an e-mail to register the shoes and I got a reply that this 2 year guarantee is not offered any more. That left some bad taste. Finally I did not expect any 24 months guarantee and I was happy without it but to give something to whoever and then to take it back is not the best practice. But despite that I will beccome your loyal client in case the shoes are of good quality and durable which I can't tell now. And one recommendation - in your site you don't give enough details about the shoes and do not show them in the best light. E.g. it has been written that the shoes were watertight but it has not been mentioned that this is secured through the use of Weathetite membrane. So I had the impression that just the suede leather has been impregnated with something. Also you mention Cordura but you don't come to details which parts are Cordura made. And this is very important. So in general you offer very good shoes but you don't promote them enough. You should see how Salomon write about the features of their shoes. “The shipping company returned my order to your company and I was never contacted by Karrimor about why it was returned or even that it was returned. Nor was I reimbursed for having my order returned.”

“The item arrived vert quickly but was too large so I immediately sent it back and filled out the enclosed form stating I wanted a smaller size. To my surprise a few days later I received an e mail stating a refund was on its way and no mention of a smaller garment being sent. Frustrating.”

“So far not so good as I was still charged £4.99 to pick items up in my local JD. I know it's only been 3/4 days but not had any texts or emails to say whether they have my items .... nor was I told when to expect them. No idea if or how I'm to receive my items”

“Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell you how poor your customer service is. The boots I bought had different insoles in 8.5 in the left and a 7 in the right. This results in the insole slipping back every time I wear them which is daily, which makes my toes hang over the edge of them making them not that comfortable to wear. As your company seems to be run by Sports Direct I am not surprised at the lack of customer service as I have had dealings with them in the past and had vowed never to step foot in one of their stores again. Hence buying direct from Karrimore or so I thought. The customer don't care department have been true to form telling me the insole is no longer stocked so basically go away we are far to big to worry about things like that. However if I was to order another pair of 8.5 boots I feel sure they would possibly come with the correct insoles in them. Regards Steve Chambers”

“I was disappointed in the "cut" of my Karrimor jacket. The image shows what looks like a slim fit style - but the jacket had clearly been pinned onto the mannequin in order to create that effect. The jacket I received is very oddly cut. I tried 2 sizes and even the small size is too long in body and sleeve length. I can see now why this particular jacket was so heavily reduced in the price.”
