“The item ordered has not yet arrived. Yodel states that it has tried to deliver twice and left a postcard. No card arrived in our letterbox, and no shoes have been delivered. also, someone has been here on both days, and would have seen any van arrive!!”

“Really disappointed. I paid for express delivery. When the sandals arrived one was so badly damaged it should never have made into the box. I've had to pay to return them and await a replacement.”
