“The delivery was efficient, but the shipping costs were relatively high. Unfortunately the sandals do not fit me well so I want to return them, but I have to pay for the postage again myself. Other companies do not charge for returns, especially for clothing which customers have not been able to try on before buying.”

“I was surprised to see that at check was made on stock availability after the item had been ordered. If there was no stock it should not have possible to order the item.”

“Well, Only just received my boots! They did arrive most promptly, so no concerns there. Beyond that, the proof will be determined over time. I tried them on indoors, and they seemed to fit OK, but have yet to walk in them outside and, more than that, walk in the rain, too, to see if they really are waterproof as claimed. So this request for a review is far too early to illicit any useful information. Perhaps a review should only be requested after, say, 6 months.”

“After paying £6.99 postage for next day delivery I was very surprised that the shoes were much too small, as I already have a similar pair from Karrimor, also in a size 4, which fit perfectly. I was even more annoyed that it cost me £11 to return the shoes today, sending them by Registered Post, as advised. This is the last time that I will order shoes in this way unless the firm uses a free click and collect service, and allows free returns.”

“Our ordered item failed to arrive. I contacted Karrimor ( managed by Sports Direct) 24 hours ago to explain that we had not received our item (despite Yodel claiming to have delivered it) and , as yet, I have had no response to my request for help. Karrimor is a brand I trust but I won't be buying online from them again.”
