“Easy web site to use for on-line shopping, purchase arrived in good condition - however I paid for 24 hour delivery and the courier only just managed to be within that 24 hour window.”

“Very good and interesting e-shop, I'll be back. I only experienced a problem using the provided size converter, eventually I didn't get correct size neither for me, nor for my wife. I sent back wrong items and I asked refund because I couldn't be sure about the size. I would suggest to publish pictures or video representing how to measure the different parts of the body in inches or centimetres, then the customer could fill a form and you will find the correct size on the base of these measures (could be asking for an extra charge)... something like a virtual-shop-assistant, I think lots of people would be happy to spend little more to have it!”

“Product arrived on time and is great quality for the price. I had a pair of the same make and size for several years and they were absolutely fantastic. I've done many walks and climbed many mountains in all weather conditions without any problems at all. However, they eventually developed a tear and needed replacing. Therefore, I didn't hesitate to order the same pair in the same size - only this pair don't seem to be exactly the same size. They are just very slightly too small, which is really disappointing and I can't understand why. I have a four day mountain trek coming up soon so I will have to go and find another pair. I take size 13-14 and I rely on online shopping. It's not easy to try before you buy. That aside, these are great quality and highly recommended. Why pay more?”
