“My wife is about to give birth and Providoor gave us the little slice of luxury we needed while isolating at home. The meals are prepared with care and class, and the experience is always enjoyable. We love our food and we love Melbourne, and Providoor gives the best of both worlds at home.”

“Exceptional food at your fingertips. We celebrated a special family birthday with a supernormal banquet. Providoor was quick to deliver and everything is beautifully and safely packaged, ready for quick prep in your kitchen. Fresh and refreshing! We are grateful they deliver out our way too. “Portion size was plentiful but again food quality and the amount of prep left a lot to be desired. Delivery was good and well packed but very early (9am-10am) …. And not very environmentally friendly.”

Hi Robb, Thank you for sharing your review. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and please know that we will pass this on to the team at Maha. Our team are certainly looking into ways to reduce our environmental impact in the future. Some of our tips would be : The silver insulated bag you would have received inside your order cannot be put in a home recycling bin. However, you can contact your local council and they will advise if there is a specific location in your area where you can take this item to be recycled. The contents of the gel pack you received inside your order is non toxic. If you would like to empty the liquid from each of the squares down the drain, you can place the plastic in your recycling bin. -The Providoor team

“Delivered at appointed time but the cold bricks were not frozen or cold. Quality of food was on the whole good but servings were very large and I ordered too much. Double serving is definitely enough for 3 people.”
