“Shipping is pricy, and the delivery company don’t read instructions and do not ring the doorbell. Unless you’re glued to your phone looking for a text message, your meal could be sitting outside for hours.”

“Providoor has provided us with the opportunity to enjoy beautiful food on a more frequent basis. We have had meals through Providoor as a couple, a family and even on zoom calls with the extended family. We have not had a bad meal yet!!”

“Great service. Now that we have young kids we thought we would rarely be able to have restaurant quality meals. Now with Providoor we can have it every month without the hassle of trying to find babysitters!”

“We ordered the Lamb Raan Banquet (Indu) The food was very nice, however: - The meal was very fiddley and time-consuming to prepare. - The dessert (one little slice of carrot cake) was tiny - it was barely sufficient for one person let alone two people. Previously we had ordered from Chiswick and were very happy with the overall experience. They provided a printed menu, printed preparation instructions, and even a link to a Spotify playlist. This set our expectations for ALL meals from Providoor. Alas, Indu provided none of these. Providoor needs to set equal standards of service that apply all participating restaurants.”

“This is a great service. We've now used it 4 times and are almost certain to use it again. The quality of the food we have had is very high, the instructions clear and easy to follow and we've loved the fun extras such as sound tracks. The only thing which causes us concern is the environmental impact of all the plastic packaging. We were very pleased when one of our orders used heavy-duty cardboard packaging rather than plastic and it would be great if this could be more widespread. Is there some way this can be addressed?”
