“We ordered a number of seafood items including oysters. Items were poorly packed and the ice pack was melted making us very concerned with eating the oysters and cod dip that had not been adequately cooled which we decided to dispose of.”

“Our Mejico was really nice and we were in isolation so it was a real treat all things considered. The only feedback I have is that for the price, the execution could have been better at this restaurant. We missed out on a couple of sauces and the small sides of greens which paired with the Chicken, and went ontop of one other dish. (These items didnt come in the pack, but the recipe/guide said they did). I know hospo is struggling at the moment and so I put it down to the struggles companies are having with staff, illness, holidays and all of that, but yes the execution wasnt 100% and with providoor usually it always is SPOT ON regardless ofcovid. Nice meal nonetheless! Thanks”

“Where to start? I love this. I enjoy being creative in the kitchen but during the week when we are busy with work and school and everything else in between my time and attention is limited. Having a super creative team take care of curating the menus, sourcing the mostly excellent produce and delivering it to your door is where it really shines. We got our children on board before we started which I think helped. “Do you want to do this? Do you want to try lots of new things even if you don’t like them all?” Yes yes was the answer. The value surprises me, if I bought the Ingredients myself I certainly wouldn’t save much if anything. Anyway, great work to the team. Much respect.”

“Excellent options available and all the restaurants I’ve tried have been delicious. Some require more prep work than others, I prefer those that are almost done for you to avoid any cooking / cleaning. There is a lot of packaging, however I’m not sure if that’s avoidable.”

“Loved the providoor box from Matilda. Delicious selection, great value for money and really easy instructions. made for a fantastic NYE celebration. “Our first order was with Maha and it was excellent! Ordered with Mejico a week later and it was not as great. Good was good but packing was poor. A few of the containers was not closed properly and one of broken causing the contents to spill out and leaked through the bags.”
