“Have just had the tiramisu, delicious, the raspberry white choc cheesecake, lacking a bit of "richness". Beef Moussaka, delicious. Haven't tried the arancini yet or the profiteroles. Beef cheek bourguignon, not good. Pommel puree, very rich. This is what I found. Other people's tastes are different. Very handy meals to have in freezer.”

“missing item and expired product, no response from support, in fact they keep closing my chat sessions and tickets without actually responding. my delivery was on the 9th feb, the sticky ribs had an expiry of the 7th feb, and prepared november?!? Providoor used to be a favourite, but i don't think i'll be paying for months old food anymore.”

“Providor food arrived. Well packaged. So far food has been delicious. And servings are generous size. Only issue - I was hoping to have a break from cooking. But there are no vegetables (2 pieces of carrot doesn’t count) so I still have to prepare dinner.”

“Due to IT issues, all dates were not avaialble when ordering for Melb-staff said place order & date would be manually ordered. Did not happen-was for a special dinner so disappointing. Turned up following week but order incorrect...to their credit correct item delivered following week with complimentary dessert. This last delivery was left on a very hot day, with no doorbell rung - my neighbour altered me after a few hours!”

“Very impressed by the interesting and varied menu, and the follow-up customer service I received. I reported a delivery error which I later discovered was my mistake, not theirs. The team was so quick to rectify the situation and generous in their response. Communication was friendly and speedy. I was able to fill the freezer of my mum as she moved into a new unit- the perfect housewarming gift. The lasagne was absolutely delicious and will become a household favoutite.”

“The food is delicious and reasonably priced. It would be 5 stars if the delivery was where directed I.e a secure place not just left by the street door or in a shopping arcade. Also I’ve had other frozen meals with a lot bigger freezer bags to protect them.”

“Had a good experiance with Providor. Food tasted great, was easy to prepare and reasonably priced. We got the taco party pack. Only negative was the delivery. The package arrived and we were home but the delivery driver did not buzz the intercom to gain access and left the box in direct sunlight. We were lucky that we went downstaris to grab something and that's when we noticed the box sitting in the sun. Lucky the products were still frozen inside, but a few more ours and everything would have defrosted.”

“Love the meals, they have been a great help in our household. Some issues with packaging inclyding a Christine Manfield Pork and Eggplant curry which was in fact the chickpea curry. I ordered Pork, label said pork, food inside was not pork.”
