“The food arrived in good condition and everything was in there. It was a second delivery after the first one had gone missing. The portion sizes were generous and the idea to look up the instructions using QR codes on the labels worked really well. All of the food was delicious and of a quality I expected.”

“Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the meals I have received. These are hardly a chef quality meal & the portions hardly enough for two people!!! And it’s not even a complete meal with all that needs to be added (veggies, rice, etc) to make it a full serve. For the massaman beef curry, I throw away 2/3 of the beef because it was parts that are inedible; fat & tissues, etc. Really underwhelmed & truly disappointed.”

“This is not restaurant quality food. It is nowhere near the standard of the oroginal Providoor. I cannot believe that these celebrity chefs put their names on this when their ony input would appear to be that they supply a recipe!!!! I will never purchase again. Mass produced by someone, somewhere”

“Lamb curry was great but Wagyu beef rendang was bland and full of fat. Very disappointed with the Wagyu beef rendang, I would not order that again.”

“We have had numerous meals from Providoor, some OK, some very good. This latest Asian package was very disappointing. I had given direct feedback to the company with no response which is disappointing as it would've avoided me responding to this request for review. Overall dumplings were very bland, Ramen was far too salty and Wagyu was not Wagyu. Disappointing all round and will not likely order Providoor ever again.”

“A bit disappointed with both quality and quantity. For a heat up meal, they are ok, but for chef made meals, not wonderful. The only exception was the date and banana pudding, which was fantastic. I wouldn't order again.”

“Disappointing. I had such high hopes! Order was incorrect and corrected the following week. Moussaka was so oily and salty, lamb curry with Warrigal greens so hot I couldn’t eat it and was also very oily. Lamb was tender. I’m yet to try butter chicken and meatball dish I am a nurse working shift work so I was hopeful that Providoor could offer me a more high quality meal to take for an evening meal… looks like I will be cooking my own edible food again…🙄”

“Delivery of my order was seamless and the food safely protected and kept properly frozen. Only suggestion would be that it would help if the meals were stored in foil containers. I don't use a microwave and so unpackaging and reheating some of the items (eg. mashed potatoes, butter chicken) was difficult in sealed bags.”
