“We have just eaten 4 of Providoors meals. The three best were the green curry , moussaka and mussaman curry. We really didn't like the lasagna. It looked nothing like the picture in the menu, it was dark brown and tasted quite unpleasant . I prepared it just as instructed.”

“Food arrived in great shape and quickly. Mostly delicious although I’d rather things like the soup to be presented in individual servings so can be frozen and eaten separately.”

“I like the quality of Providoor foods and the clear instructions and serving suggestions. However I was very disappointed to find the packaging of Luke Nguyen’s Duck Curry had split down one side, and leaked fluid as it defrosted, making it impossible to reheat in water as I intended. I had to use microwave, not good!”

“We bought Silvia's Italian Bundle. The pizza, aracini and Tiramisu are sensational. Family Lasagne and Spinach ricotta gnudi not such a hit but still good. George's moussaka is super yummy and 9/10 😊”

“I have now had three deliveries from Providoor. the first order was delivered with everything in p;ace and my order filled as requested. My second order came without my order of the Tiramisu, when contated i was advised it would vccome with my next order which I accepted as a true offer rom Providoor. My Third order came last week and had NO Tiramisu, even when contacted no one got back to me to apologise on the missing order. We even sent an email following on from the third order to remind whoever is in charge that we had ordered again and not to forget to include the missing Tiramisu. Heard nothing back. so much for your customer service. There is no where on your web site where I can re order this mistake of yours without being charged again.”

Dear Faye, I apologize for any confusion, as we offered a credit code or replacement but have not heard back. Unfortunately, we have also not received an email alerting us to your third order to be able to replace your Tiramisu. All this being said. I have just sent off a new email to you with an offer enclosed in hopes to turn this experience around for you.

“Was excited to order but some of the items (3 items) did not live up to the expectation. I wont be ordering again as no effort was made to accomodate for their error with the pizza and some of the food didnt meet expectations unfortunately.”

“Providoor has been our saviour in times of surgery and stress and we are so grateful. Every meal is amazing and we just add pasta/rice and some greens. The wagyu, curries, mousakka, tiramisu, pizzas.. literally everything is fantastic and generous serves. Thank you!”

“Nothing like i was expecting. Delivery was okay, it was left out in the sun which wasnt ideal. The food quality is lacking when this is suppose to come from quality chefs. Not the easiest company to get in touch with if there is an issue either. I wont be reordering again.”
