“Mixed feelings, one dish was extremely disappointing”

“Highly recommended the food was still frozen when we recieved our order. The food was very tasty even though the portions were on the smaller side but we as a famliy were happy to buy the dishes as they are made by chefs and its still cheaper than going out for dinner.”

“We ordered several meals from Providoor, and they were delivered on the date we specified. George's moussaka and lamb skewers and Anna's cheesecake were delicious and serving sizes were excellent. Luke's spring rolls were full of deliciousness. Arriving frozen enable us to pack some into our freezer to be eaten over a few weeks. Providoor will be our go-to foods from now. We will have no hesitation in recommending them to our friends”

“I’ve had two deliveries. The desserts were both delicious. Disappointed in the moussaka. To much liquid in it. Prawn curry tasted good but prawns very tough after defrosting and reheating. Had trouble with my first delivery. Stayed in all day and it didn’t arrive. Came on the following Tuesday. Second delivery arrived okay but it’s a pain having to stay in al day waiting for the delivery. Would be good if you could state am or pm. Thanks”

“I have not eaten all the food yet. Only one meal. It was good and looking forward to trying the rest. Your delivery could be better in terms of letting the client know by text that the food has arrived. Mine was left outdoors in the sun and I had no idea it was there.”

“I've tried three home meal services and Providoor is the most like home cooking, likewise their ingredients are the standard you'd buy yourself. They're also slightly less guilty of making their meals too salt, unfortunately some dishes are too salty, but the other two suppliers I've tried provide some dishes that are so salty they're virtually inedible. Please, less salt and more flavour, we want home quality cooking, that's healthy for our families. Also, Providoor could consider providing complete meals for one.”

“I by a variety of meals which are usually very good. However we were very dissapointed with the beef Massaman curry. The meat was very fatty and not tender. I will not buy this item again”

“Excellent service.Supportive..Delivered on time and even when it wasn't a normal delivery day. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.The food was great. Very tasty.”
