“Love the food, not the delivery. Sms states to arrive between 9.30am and 11am, but it arrived at 9am. It would be fine but they didn't ring the doorbell and there were no icepacks. I was lucky that I got to it because I happen to pass my entrance door, but won't be happy to find it later with melted food. Ringing the doorbell or a knock on the door should be standard, unless note was left not to ring doorbell or no knocking when making the order or on the door. That's what doorbells are for.”

“Food well packaged but I did not like process of getting prep instructions. Why not have written instructions placed on the products as you used to do which is much more user friendly than the scanning process.”

“2 of the meals were labelled incorrectly so that was disappointing . The mash potatoes were very salty . The arancini balls have preservatives which is unnecessary . The chicken soup was delicious would def order that again . The ragu was average and to be completely honest won’t order again . The desserts were yum esp the cheesecake. Probs wouldn’t order again”

“Greek skewers were very chewy with sinew and gristle, not convinced it was even lamb backstrap. Jam pie was nice.”

“All of the meals we have had from providoor are absolutely delicious. There are only 2 things I woudl suggest changing, add the cooking instructions to the packaging as it is quite annoying having to go online to heat up each meal, the 2nd is to offer accompaniments, suggest what goes best with teh meal. For example the Guiness casserole comes with no suggested serving sides, had Pomme puree popped up as an extra we woudl have purchased rather than having to cook mash at home. Perhaps offer a whole meal instead? Otherwise all meals are absolutely delicious!”

“We have had the most amazing flavours from marco's soups and stews , also the the focaccia that we ordered are the fluffiest we have had .My husband and i feel like we are at a restaurant at 🏡 home . Beautiful food , so us being Greek We ordered george this week . I'm looking forward for the summer menu . I have chefs in my kitchen 👍thanks so much.”

“I think Providoor are wonderful! Not only is the food delicious but they went out of their way to assist in my delivery when I realised I had entered the wrong date. One of their staff delivered the food themselves! I have been using this company for many years now and I have had nothing short of excellent service. Thank you Providoor”

“It's sooo convenient to have the freezer stocked with top-quality meals that can simply be microwaved or ovened or air-fryered. I've ordered the Silvia Colloca meals the most (the pizzas are amazing) and we also love Luke Nguyen's duck spring rolls.”

“The meals are incredible! Makes my life so much easier as a working mum! I know my kids are getting nutritious meals and it only means I have to take out the freezer and pop in the oven. No mess and no cooking! A dream”

“The food is ok, but expensive for what it is. Have also had the same issue twice now, two of the same item ordered and only one supplied. First time was told no refund possible and a credit was issued. The second time was offered a refund. Won't be ordering again, it's all too hard.”
