“Can’t speak for the products as never received them. Had to pay extra for re-delivery and still the product wasn’t delivered. Eventually managed to get around an 80% refund but had to chase. No good will or follow up after the terrible service. Will not use again or recommend.”

“Disappointing delivery service...possibly not Kent Street Cellars problem but worth commenting on. Attempted delivery with no notice left and then taken to a post office with no notification. Only when I followed up did I discover that it was waiting at PO. This was a few weeks after initial delivery attempt.
Maybe some feedback to delivery service worthwhile.”
