Suddenly charged for courier and on enquiry rudely told courier fees have gone up since 2022, which is a stupid thi g to say and we can’t cover the cost. No advance warning and no apology. My regular orders will cost a lot more than the courier. Shame after such a long relationship but the “new” guy says that is just the way it is.”
