“Received my order and the glass was broken, the wrapping was poor and not sufficient for protection. I tried calling them on their listed phone number and got a BS message saying they don’t take calls, then I emailed their support email address and no reply. Couldn’t be more unhappy.”
“Good service. Went to buy our usual Whisper through another outlet, ended up cancelling the order. After multiple emails (no phone number to call) we got our money back after 3 weeks. You never let us down.”
“I was so impressed with Kent Street Cellars and the quick turn around and delivery of my order. The gift bags were beautifully presented and ready to hand out as gifts, so impressed, thank you.”
“1st time I have bought from Kent Street Cellars. Buying 3 bottles of whiskey I was a little reluctant at first fearing not getting my order.
No more fears. Confirmation of order was straight away. Confirmation of packed and sent next day. 3 bottles of whiskey the morning after. Great experience. Recommend KSC to anyone. Thank you 🥃”
