“I used Kent Street Cellars for the first time September 25, it was also the first time I have purchased spirits on line. Found a great deal on a brand I enjoy greatly, ordering and paying etc was very easy plus a really quick delivery time, I will definitely use again!!”
“What can you say. I ordered and it was delivered in the time stated. Price was good. Telstra let the team down by making me go to the zoo to collect when I was home all day.”
“Great collection with excellent variety at reasonable prices, especially in my personal favourite whiskey selection. Fast and reliable delivery too. Definitely my favourite shop!”
“Order arrived within 72hrs AND the team highlighted I may have misordered by mistake ! which I had -reordering very smooth along with transaction process- very client focussed”
“Ordering was easy but unfortunately the wine didn’t arrive in time for the lunch. I knew I’d have problems getting a bottle of French Pinot where I live but I found a replacement for the lunch. Next time I’ll allow more time as post is slower for this location from Sydney. Not generally an issue.”
“One of the worst companies iv delt with wont be using useing again, I own 2 bars in the cbd and we always used kent st cellars if we ever run out or running low in stocks. recently iv been ordering boxes of evian water about 1 a week personly to my house, but because iv been going through about 1 and a bit a week I thought I mose well order 2 boxes at a time instead of 1. Never had a problem they would come in mail I would recive when I could. This time when I ordered 2 they sent by courier witch comes at 1pm when im at work, cant leave it anywhere because I live in terrace at Waterloo so sends it back. Then I get email from Brad ksc saying I need to either take refund minus $28 or pay another $30 to get it re delivered. So I payed knowing me or my business will never use KSC again they a joke.
Thanks
