“I ordered a wooden box for a magnum. Order was questioned and I confirmed that I needed a box for a MAGNUM. I received a 750ml box. Two emails have gone unanswered.
Thanks for nothing.”
“I purchased a bottle of Rockfords Basket Press Shiraz 2016. It was for our 50th.Wedding anniversary.
We have no family ,so I decided to splash out on a special bottle of wine.Rockfords means a lot to us as we often visited there when it was just a tin shed for tasting rooms. Robert was qite often there.so we got to meet the Wine maker. I am afraid he would have been dissappointed with this particuler bottle as we were. It was past its use by date. Watery with a slight brown tinge and very little to recomend it.
Cheers
Rick Avey.”
“Outstanding selection at truly realisitic pricing in Australia. Far and away better than (DM) the largest wine and spirits seller in every aspect. Fast delivery, great service.”
“After a long lunch and a recomendation from a friendly sommelier, I was looking for a few bottles of some very good Australian bordeaux blends. No luck in my local bottle shops. Found them on Kent Street, the price was fine and ordered. Pretty quick delivery and well protected. No complaints at all.”
“You guys have pestered me with endless emails after I made one order. I have unsubscribed yet I still get this email. You guys need to undersatand that people get way too many emails these days and it is to be respected, not abused. Once a month is the absolute most you should be sending out marketing emails to people on your database.”
