“Not worth the hassle. Barely cheaper than Dan Murphy's and despite the transit people / you confirming by email that it has been delivered, it hasn't. I have had to cut open every box (which I did not want to do for storage), only to see that most of the shipment has not been delivered. 6 boxes, over 5 different days and most of it still not delivered some 3 weeks later. 1/10 at best. Wouldn't use again.”
“The process from placing the order to the product arriving was seamless. Such a positive experience, it was great to be able to track the items as they were shipped from the shop to my front door.
A very efficient delivery time with international transfers included.”
“I have purchased from Kent St a couple of times already and usually very satisfied, but with my most recently order, the same day delivery didn’t come through until the second day. I know it’s probably not your fault and the courier is liable but feeling a bit disappointed.”
“The service and speed of this business is nothing short of 5 stars. I had placed an order but unknowingly bought the wine that didn't come in the gift box. After contacting the team, they had the boxes out for delivery the same day I paid the invoice and I had them 2 days later. I have used them 5 times now and I think they are great. very convinient.”
