“Consistently Exceptional service and great products reasonably priced. Can’t believe how quick they can get my favourite beverages to me. Would definitely recommend.”
“I recently made a purchase of two bottles of wine. Unfortunately when they were delivered, one of them was the incorrect product. I contact Kent Street Cellars and they gave me options for either keeping the incorrect item (and purchasing at a discount) or sending back free of charge. I opted to keep the item and in the meantime, they arranged for the correct item to be sent, which arrived in good order and super quickly. I really appreciated Adam's personal attention to my issue and his prompt responses and follow up.”
“Pricing was competitive. Communication was prompt, friendly and helpful. Delivery was fast and seemless. I will use Kent Street cellars again, no doubt.
Cheers, Paul”
“Kent street cellars provide fast and convenient alcohol options however using aramex as a delivery service really ruined the experience. Took almost a week for a delivery 20kms away with limited updates”
