“Good service from Kent St Cellars but delivery instructions not followed. ie not at home when courier left wine at front door. Lucky it was still there 2 day latter when we got home”
“Ordered has still not arrived. Am seeking a refund. You should find a new delivery partner as Aramex has let you down. Parcel stuck and no delivery date in sight. Will probably never receive it. Have missed the date for the birthday present I need it for. Don’t order wine from here that needs to be properly stored at the right temperature as it will be stuck in transit indefinitely.”
