Watch out for the offers they send you. I put a shed up for my dad and thought it was that good I would order another for myself. They offered me 15 percent reduction as second order. The second shed was the prototype of my dad's, nowhere as good. Sent them an email and got the generic sorry reply..

I ordered a Store It Out Nova Storage Box on the 1st July 2024. What follows is my explanation of why you shouldn't order a Keter product. The unit arrived seven days later. Keter, for good reason, make it clear in the manual that you should check all the parts. This will be no surprise to anyone who has read any of the other reviews, but the base of the unit had a plastic part that had snapped off, and they had sent two right walls, and no left one. Pretty standard. Keter are clearly in the middle of a huge issue with their quality control (as you can see by the request to email Escalations before leaving a review). My hope was that as this was so common, the next bit would go smoothly. Sadly not. The required parts were not in stock. I was told these could go on back order, or I could use their collect and replace service. They had my money, I needed the unit, so unsurprisingly I asked for a replacement. They don't make this easy, as you have to send in a full report of the issues, together with photographic evidence. They also require you to package the unit back into the box, which isn't a small feat. Surely they couldn't mess up the collect and replace service? Again, no surprises here, but Keter have chosen DX as their delivery partner. Twice they showed up at my door, with no email or text as to what day they might arrive, never mind a timeslot. But hey. They are cheap. So that's okay. I wasn't in. When they did arrive (you probably guessed this), they were there to collect, but had no record of a replacement. It had now been over two weeks since the original order. I should say that their staff were very quick to point out that Keter are not an easy company to deal with, so I can't blame DX for this too much. Back to Keter. No, I'm not waiting in on the off chance, on some random day, a replacement may arrive. I asked for a refund as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Surely a company can't mess this bit up? Surely? Despite asking for a refund on the 16th July, and chasing it every day, I was repeatedly told that customer services cannot process refunds. They can only 'request' it. This was clearly a delaying tactic, and so sadly we got very close to the point of starting a Section 75 chargeback with my bank. One last go before banks and solicitors get involved. I remembered the Escalations Team. Tracy - thank you. Refund immediately processed. Apology received. Everything that should have happened in the last two weeks, sorted. But here's the rub. It shouldn't need escalations. How do vulnerable customers, those who aren't able to spend the effort chasing Keter, or those who lack the confidence to do so, supposed to get a resolution? Purchased a Keter shed Deco 7'x7'. What a beautiful shed (on paper). Sadly the shed is flimsy but also is not without problems during installation. I got as far as step 43 and had issues. You cannot call the company only email. I tried 3 times to fix the problem and it was not rectified. So thankfully I purchased thru Costco and got a full refund. Sadly I did not get a refund for the new shelves I bout from Keter.com. They sad that I would only get $42 back because restocking fees and such. Buyer beware! I do. It recommend this company!

I bought a Keter Unity XL Outdoor kitchen cart. It was supposed to take 45 minutes to assemble. We gave up after several hours...the directions were difficult to follow and not very clear pictures. We were told to send it back, really? How? its partially assembled and in pieces. We are taking to the dump and never buying anything made in plastic again from Keter.

5/2024 purchased the tall premiere shed. Putting together was not difficult. In order to keep the shed from bowing we added additional screws. The door hinges are not working. The top and bottom guides do not work with the hinges and the door comes off the guides. This is not going to last long in Arizona. We now see we made a mistake buying this shed. After reading the customer reviews, not going to waste anytime calling customer service. We are going to make our own adjustments to fix and when it falls apart we will buy a Tuff Shed!

I purchased 2 shelfs from home depot on May 14th. I shelf had all parts. The 2nd was missing 8 parts. I called customer service. You have to jump thru hoops for refund. I mentioned on my home depot card but need receipt pictures and list of all parts. Not worth the hassle. I find it curious that they have a sheet with phone number on it for missing parts. I guess it happens frequently. $36 shelf that sells in Walmart for $24. I will not be back

Bought a keter corfu patio set. Fell apart within a year. Keter won’t replace and said that they would send me the parts to repair it. I’ve been waiting since August 23 for the parts and still not available. Shocking customer service and terrible products.

Bought 2 Keter Eden storage benchesnat Leroy Merlin in Malaga, Spain, both of them came with the same piece repeated 4 times this the left side clip EW-L ( I should have been 2 EW-R and 2 EW-L) Customer service agent in Spain called Andrea said she would send the right clips, but they never did. So not only the customer.er servicenis the worst, but the plastic material is terrible. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS! THANK ME LATER.

I had an issue with one of the brackets supplied with a shelving unit from Keter. It was the last pair of brackets I was using and found one of them was not cut correctly and didn’t fit. Keter’s only solution was to dismantle the shelves and return them so they could send me a new pack because apparently the brackets were “out of stock”. Not very sustainable really! So beware - aftercare isn’t great!

I experienced an issue with the 230 Gal Keter Outdoor Storage Box where a part of the top broke off. When I reached out to the company for assistance, they requested my receipt, which I did not possess. Despite being willing to pay for a replacement top, I was surprised to receive an email stating that they would sell me a replacement top for approximately $379. This seemed unreasonable, considering that I could purchase a newbox for $300. I felt disrespected. Email: Good morning , We do have the parts available for purchase. The very worst!!!! I ordered a 165 gal deck box opened it and was missing parts and had damaged parts. I called and was rudely advised I must fill the online form out. I filled the form out with no one reaching out so I called and they said they do not have the parts in stock. Been 3 weeks no part and they closed my order out when I called. Said I could continue to check back but they do not have the parts!!

230 gallon outdoors storage deck was a terrible mistake. Their products don’t hold up and can be easily sun damaged and rain damaged. Everything inside the storage deck was damaged and the company is trying to up sell replacement parts. Never buying from this company again.

Recieved outdoor utility cabinet , had broken and damaged pieces. Notified Keter supplier and they sent replacement parts which upon recieving were also cracked , not only that they were of the appearance they they were parts that had been returned before and put into some dusty storage area as they were covered in dust and cobwebs . Still awaiting reply to request for full refund as this unit has not even been assembled yet .

An entire set of hardware was missing; hinges, plastic grommets, necessary screws. Could not complete the assembly and the process for requesting these parts is VERY cumbersome. You’d think they’d make this easy since they’ve already inconvenienced their customer. How hard is it for them to apply some quality assurance procedures to make sure that their customers are getting all the necessary parts and pieces that they’ve paid for??? Pathetic business practice really. Explains their horrible ratings.

Don’t buy from Keter they steal your money by selling damaged items. Then make you pay the total of the item just to replace the part of u can’t find your receipt. Which who really keeps paper receipt tf

Simply put… bought a bench… seat cracked… called customer service… sent pictures and filled out the required forms… was told twice that a replacement part was sent… twice never received… on the third conversation was told that they no longer had the piece and there was nothing that they could do. Did not offer any accommodation nor do they ever follow up unless you reach out over and over. We all know that stuff happens… but, I would be very cautious before ordering from Keter… I think you can truly tell a lot about a company based on how they treat a customer when things don’t go perfect. They did not earn, by a long shot, my repeat business.

I purchased a Keter product today and it came broken. I have been trying for 30 minutes to email their customer service and the site keeps telling me I have errors in my entries which I do not! They only are open M-F and I cannot call during that time. I feel that they are intentionally trying to make it difficult to return an item. I will never buy Keter products again.
