“I am happy with the product and application. I wrote a bug review and support took care of the issue but no email feedback. Recently I submitted another bug on the Apple Watch. I suspect they will again resolve the issue or provide feedback. The test strips are really affordable. Love that! They also partnered with LMHR and DrBoz for studies or events. Their involvement in the community is greatly appreciated.”

“This is a 5 star rating in every way except the time for Keto Mojo to ship our Keto Mojo orders. 1.Amazon has overnight delivery, or often next day regardless of their overnight claims vs Keto Mojo typically takes circa 7 to 8 days to deliver. Albeit Keto Mojo is constrained by its shipper's delivery time, our primary issue is that Keto Mojo does control how quickly orders gets out to your shipper, which typically is often 3 days from placement of our order until shipper gets our merchandise. Ket Mojo will be more competitive when it shortend that delay from circa 3 Days to hours, or 1 day max. 2. Consider either shortening your shipping time &/or increase your price differential between your price vs. Amazon's price. Keto's current price differentisl give very little incentive to undergo Keto's substantially longer shipping time. This is true especially wben customers enroll in auto repeat purchases with Amazon. On a different issue re. the Keto App. "Notes to self": You need to code in the function to create spaces ( paragraphs) between lines of type. Send me some strips for my time spent on these notes to Keto Mojo.😎 Ron et al”

“I like the idea of one machine for both glucose and ketone testing. One problem I have is concerning the strip packaging. I have a hard time getting the strips out. I have to first tear individual pieces and make a notch and then tear it open to get the strip out...."what a pain"”
