“I like the convenience of testing both glucose and ketones. I also like being able to order just glucose strips. In the past I could only order boxes with both strips, I ran out of glucose strips but had a lot of ketone strips left. Ordering just glucose was great.”

“I placed an order with Keto-Mojo on a Monday and my item said it was delivered on that Saturday. I did not receive the item. I reached out to the support email and never received a reply. I finally received my order on the following Thursday. I went an entire week without being able to measure ketones or glucose.”

“Really good product and great customer service. I accidentally ordered my reader in the wrong units and a member of the customer service team contacted me within a couple of hours to check. Also whilst writing this review they have responded and solved a small issue I had. This is so refreshing. Good customer service is so hard to find these days”

“First, I must admit I am technically not so handy. For me this device is really not user friendly. The User 's Manual is confusing. Difficult set up of the device, especially the lancet device. Finally, I managed to set up. But, I did not succeed to do any test until now. No results are shown on the screen. It' s all confusing. I also bought Accu Check Guide, which to me is a lot more user friendly.”
