“Helping me stay on track and monitor blood glucose/ketone levels. I read my comments on price of the strips my mom said this is a good price comparison to the past. First I don't have to test as much now that I'm fat adapted my schedule is mostly just morning and when I'm trying some new foods to see glucose/ketone reactions. When I first-time trying keto or low carb ..I WAS TESTING LIKE CRAZY BUT LEARNED THIS WAS VERY WASTEFUL AND COSTLY. MY ADVICE USE THE DIP STICKS UNTIL YOU ARE TRULY FAT ADAPTED and and you body ketone levels cannot be determined with urine anymore.”
