“While I appreciate the precision of the KM and, secondly,the excellent customer service;I maintain there is a design flaw inherent with the device.My experience with the KM is consistently erratic-I hold my breath every time I conduct a test- gluco or keto.For no rhyme or reason, I still get numerous error responses,which means wasted strips and money.I lack confidence in my useage of the KM.I hope this issue will be resolved in the future.I'm certain I'm not alone regarding this experience”

“You do not provide free testing fluid with your meter or strips. Your testing fluid is expensive (if you can order it). Unable to verify accuracy due to lack of testing fluid. Have Ketone fluid on order... Glucose fluid not available. Can not recommend until I check accuracy.”

“Customer service regarding my concerns of broken meter. It’s still reading but I’m not sure how accurate because it does a weird flashing thing when I put glucose strip in. I stated my concerns and I received a way to spend more money to see if the device is faulty. Instead of being mailed whatever testing mechanism for the meter free of charge or just sent a new one. You would have made more money on my ketone test strips as a long term loyal customer. I mean I test everyday both glucose and ketones so you do the math. I’ve spent about $300 with you already and I’m probably not going to continue. I do appreciate the fact that they are the cheapest ketone strips as of right now. But I can wait for another company to come out with cheaper ones. Keto is becoming more mainstream and soon you’ll have plenty of competition.”

“The lancet device I received is defective (I have resorted to using a device from Precision Xtra), and shipping on testing strips has been slow or delayed (in my recent experience). In all honesty, I have not contacted your company to remedy these issues.”
