“There are no instructions for what constitutes high keto reading or low- the numbers. I’m on the ketogenic diet so I’m not sure what is a normal keto reading”

“Based on my experience, I don't feel as though the meter is accurate. I gave it a mediocre rating just to be fair about it since there are many variables to testing ketones. Maybe the strips were faulty, who knows?”
