“Love the product but when I receive shipments the packaging has been all messed up. It seems kind of sketchy when you're dealing with medical equipment. Work on the packaging/shipping process and the rating will be a perfect 10 :) Thanks for all you do”

“I like the product... but when one is consuming 35g of carbs or less a day there really is no reason to test ketones. I'm not chasing ketones... I'm chasing fat loss and there is no scientific correlation between higher ketone levels and higher fat loss levels”

“Meter works well, but initial set-up is non-user friendly. Instructions don't match components, i.e., coding solution vs. coding strip. Very annoying that carry-pouch is not set up to hold the components of the kit, and also is poor quality (fraying already after 3 weeks light duty sitting on counter). On your website, various kits, specials and options are overlapping and confusing, and getting the best deal seems like a random proposition, with various special offers fluctuating w/o rhyme or reason. Other than that, meter works fine and test strips are more economical than competing brands. I give you 6+ points out of 10”

“Although the product is good, the instructions are useless. I had to call to get and understanding of how to use it and what the numbers mean. Now, I'm spending part of my day training others how to use it because the instructions are horrible. I should be compensated for my training”
