“Technical support misunderstood me the first time when I told them the meter was taking two minutes to sync, but when I explained further the second person understood add initiated shipment of a new meter. Except for that hiccup I would've given five stars.”

“The videos do not explain why the lancet pen does not penetrate my scum even at the 5 setting. I find it difficult to believe that three separate fingers on my left hand are all that tough”

“Upgraded my fora care GK monitor to the keto mojo monitor. I had issues with the keto mojo monitor syncing my readings to my phone. I contacted keto mojo support and they could not resolve my issue so they sent me a new monitor. Very satisfied with the new monitor's performance.”

“My only problem is the strip doesn’t suck my blood up so easily, didn’t have this problem with the keto BM strips, my only problem with that device is if I get over five. It just tells me that I’m high I’d like to know how much millimoles I am at. I’ve wasted a lot of KM strips. Everything else is excellent.”
