“The customer service at Keto-Mojo is fantastic. I have been using this meter for about 2 years so I have to order the test strips. If I have any issues, they work quickly to resolve them. I really like the ap that is on my phone where I download the readings and the emails where they include recipes. Currently, I am not using the ketone part of this monitor ... just doing the blood sugar readings ... and it works great. In the past, I did do the ketone readings (and will again in the future) and it is fantastic to see the two readings side by side. I highly recommend Keto-Mojo.”

“I had an issue with the readings that I was getting versus what I thought they should be. I contacted customer service by email and within minutes I had a response. They offered me a complete new unit to replace mine and some suggestions on what might be causing the issue. I followed the suggestions and that solved the problem. That confirmed to me that these people really care about their customers. I love this company, and their products. The app is awesome. I do wish the supplies were a little less expensive, but that's just the penny pincher in me. ;-)”
