“I have used Keto Mojo for years. After years of perfect use my monitor decided to throw a pesky code that would not clear. I reached out to Keto Mojo to troubleshoot. I sent details of the problem and pictures. I was asked to try one thing. When that didn't work, without me even asking, they initiated the replacement. It was not just a replacement, but a whole starter kit! Wow! Wonderful customer service, fabulous product, top notch warranty. Highly recommended!”

“The difficulty I encountered was with the meter itself that arrived with dead batteries. I had some new batteries I could replace them with, so it wasn’t a problem. My only other comment is regarding the case provided for the strips and the meter - it really needs a zipper pocket to organize the extra strips and lances. As it is, they fall out when I try to use the meter.”

“This product always reads consistently. The company has been very responsive to any needs I have had. I hope they will develop an affordable CGM. I check my blood sugars and ketone levels to gauge responsiveness to a low carb diet.”

“Each of the two times I have ordered from Keto-Mojo, there is a problem tracking the order and it takes a week longer to receive it. Also there insistence that they only return calls late in afternoons (on the east coast is just sill). I guess it saves money?”

“No mention of strips! There should have been AT LEAST ONE strip includedi n the kit(?) as well as at least ONE lancet (?)! Where is the QC? How do we know it is functioning properly? Disappointing.”
