“I contacted customer service with a request for a detailed receipt for my insurance company and if they had responded any quicker, they would have had to respond BEFORE I asked!! Great company with great product and great customer service!!”

“Starting my third week in-to the Keto Plan, I've lost approx. 11 lbs. I thought I would lost a few more. However; I notice a big difference in my clothes and the amount of energy that I've gotten back. My brain is also clearer than it's been in years! I'm going to stick with it because I think this Plan is the best way to better health. Greatly reducing Carbs. is the Best way to to weight loss and a healthier you! Stop turning Carbs into Sugar!”

“I bought my Keto-Mojo 3 years ago when I first tried carnivore diet. Now I’m doing it again with the same meter (but new strips) and it still works great! 30 lbs in 30 days again! Thanks Keto-Mojo!”

“I bought a new batch of glucose strips because I was getting readings that were off by a lot compared to another meter. I intermittent fast daily so this is how I knew something was off, after receiving these new strips I’m still getting poor readings, leading me to believe that the meter is the issue. The things is still fairly new and lightly used, so I’m not sure why this is happening. I tried reaching out to the customer support and they are not exactly helpful, they are asking a lot of questions and never followed up. These devices are not cheap so I expect more from them. At least fix the thing.”

“I cannot use this so since I cannot return it (seal broken) it’s in the trash. Directions are vague and so small I can’t read them or see the illustrations. Why such small print? Device did not work. It didn’t soak up my blood droplet. Super sipper - ridiculous. Videos too vague and guy talks too fast and of course everything g worked perfectly for him because he knows how to do it. Very disappointed in your device and company!”

“I test 2-3 times a day. Very easy, super convenient, and it helps me know where I am. I've only had one strip not work (got an error message). The feedback/data is immediate. I really like this device.”

“if i could give a lower score i would .... this is too difficult to operate and you do not do returns...very disceptive company. i was in business for over 30 years and i would never have not let someone return an item. Really not reputable. below you say how did i find the return process... you do not allow returns after the package has been opened??? and that is when the customer can see how impossible it is to operate. Since i have still never used it Will you let me return??? if yes i will immediately. still never used.”
