“Forced to use a new system making my former meter obsolete. New packaging of strips contains way too much waste and is extremely difficult to remove strips. The new app times out occasionally and I’ve lost a few readings due to daylight savings time. Results seems inconsistent with status. Ketones show 1.2 meaning in optimal ketosis but then summary shows not in ketosis due to systemic high glucose readings. Also, I was an early adopter and requested a discounted upgrade and waited a few weeks with no response so had to pay full price.”
