“I’m extremely disappointed with Keto mojo. I have tried to reach out to customer service several times regarding my meter. Despite troubleshooting and control testing my meter, My glucose readings are wildly inaccurate, and it has caused undue stress.”

“I contacted the company with an issue about my order. They were very responsive and I discovered that I had been mistaken. Nevertheless they were very polite and I'm happy with my products (KetoMojo GK+ meter& strips).”

“The monitor worked the first couple times I used it, but then it stoppped functioning. I tried everything to ensure I was performing the steps properly. I reached out to the company, but they sent me "canned" email, asking me for information I had already provided them e.g. my demographics. I painfully dealt with their "canned" emails for a short while until I gave up, and went through Amazon to get a replacement. This company is not responsive. I have not tried the new monitor.”
