“The videos are informative, the recipes are delicious, but the ongoing marketing campaign - beyond annoying. Yes, I've purchased a few things - it's super convenient given that I'm limiting my shopping trips right now, however being forced to watch a long video at the end of having just purchased to be offered more (that I already bought) and to get more marketing emails with more offers - it's WAY too much. Very annoying. How about letting folks get through the program and keeping the offers on FB. People will click through if they want more books.”

“I love my keto mojo. It’s helped with my keto journey so much. I love that I can test both my ketones and glucose with it and it will sync to my phone. I do wish it had an option to calculate Dr. Boz Ratio instead of only GKI though.”

“The Keto Mojo Meter is very good once one understands the proper procedure. For instance a short video to show turning on the Blue Tooth on the meter "before" opening the app and syncing would be helpful. Also in the strip packs it would be extremely helpful to include the lancets. Not sure why that doesn't already happen. Now I have to go make a special trip to the pharm to get them.”

“I haven’t began using the Keto-Mojo so I don’t have much to review yet. I don’t have alcohol wipes or control solution. I would have thought at least a sample of the control solution would be included in the kit.”

“I like the keto mojo meter. It's a great way to track your keytones once the urine strips don't detect keytones anymore (once you're in full ketosis). I also like the glucose strips because I only ever relied on the doctor visits to keep track. Now I can keep track in the comfort of my own home. It was easy to set up with only a couple hiccups as I'm still learning. But, nonetheless, it's a good device!”

“First of all the customer services are amazing, there was an issue with shipment, but the level and speed of support was really good. Like the app, device is straight-forward, does what it needs to do. If I can think of 3 points to improve: 1. the connecting of the device to the app could be better described, as I struggled with it (in the end resolved by going to iphone settings, selecting Keto-Mojo app and enable bluetooth there). Also could be made more clear that you do not need to try to go bluetooth settings and connect phone to device. 2. Better explanation on how to insert the lancets, as it's not that obvious (actually at a first glance they don't even seem to fit). Ideally you should just push them as far as possible, so you don't need to 'guess' how far to insert them.. 3. The measuring method - add a clear comment that you should not put blood on the strip, but dip the strip into the blood. one more wish, maybe further integration with other tools, like Cronometer.com.”
