“I had to wait like a week to come I guess it was because of the virus 🦠 it works fine but I don’t like that I can access to my graphs only through heads up app, it needs more accessibility to others app like carb manager, I had to pay so much to keep my info 🤷🏻‍♀️ through app’s”

“The ordering and shipping of the keto mojo was really good. The help videos and emails were really helpful before I received the product, and especially afterwards . Setting up my mojo was really easy and the step by step setup video was great. My only negative is that you only supply 10 lancers with a promotional 60 glucose and 60 ketone test strips. Although you can order lancers for fairly cheap or find them in local pharmacies, I think you could at least offer 20 lancers with that large amount of test strips. For someone using the machine for the first time, you'll probably use at least 1-2 strips incorrectly, or waste ketone strips when you're not even in ketosis yet, like I did. Then you're down to 7-8 strips and already needing to spend more money just to buy more lancers. Otherwise I'm enjoying my Keto mojo. It has really helped me stay focused on what I'm eating to stay in ketosis.”

“I have enjoyed my new Keto-Mojo and found it very informative. The only issue I had was the monitor gave errors for several of the ketone strips and since they are so expensive I was discouraged that any would work. I notified the company right away and got no response. After about 5-6 strips it started working with no problems. I felt like i was due some extra strips from the company for the waste.”

“I have had considerable trouble with ordering on the Keto-Mojo web site. The support staff has been absolutely outstanding in both their response time and effectiveness. I realize that allowing me to complete an order is, or at least should be a very high priority. I am however, still very please. I really like their meter and test strips.”

“Ordering is easy, the website is super informative. My only minus is my experience with the lancing device and the test strips. The lancing device would not click in. I kept pulling harder each time, and it wouldn’t set to lock in for it to lance. I finally pulled so hard that the plunger pulled out. That did set it, but it was only good for one lance. In short, the lancing device is defective. Second, the test strips that came with the meter had a 20% failure rate on the glucose strips, and a 10% failure rate on the keto strips. Besides those 2 issues, I would recommend.”
