“I've used Keto-Mojo for years. I appreciate the ability to monitor my glucose and ketone blood levels to check my status. High glucose numbers indicate I'm under stress that I may not be acknowledging. I can take steps to fix it. Making sure my Ketones are where I want them helps guide my fasting periods. Results tend to match lab blood work within error.”
