“The process was smooth once I used my iPad; didn’t work in my phone. I’ve used the older meter and have to say, the strips were much easier to use from the bottle. The new strips are a pain having to use scissors to open a packet … that’s crazy! Not even a little place to tear it open.”

“Just love the product however I felt I was mislead when I tried to buy strips and had to upgrade due to yet another upgraded meter. Now I find I have 2 meters and since I already opened the box, I cannot return. I did return the third one and got a rebate. I don’t love it that much to be proud owner of 2 meters. But life goes on..,”

“I like the meter, and find it fairly easy to use. What disappointed me was that, when your store recommended adding 60 each of the glucose and ketone strips, it didn't indicate that I would also need to order 60 of the lancets. It seems like the lancets should either be included with the strips, or that they should be mentioned as also needed.”
