“Company said last month they would honor their warranty if only I would send them a photo of error 4. This photo is hard to obtain because it quickly morphs into error 2 which they won't accept. I then tested meter against a lab result and sent it to them showing out of their certification limits. I also bought for $60 more test strips. I experienced 20% failure on earlier strips and 50% on the new test strips although it is too early to determine a more accurate wasteage (test strip throw away) average. With all that time, my expense and lost opportunity Keto-Mogo has now presented me yet another delay condition, at my further expense, to avoid compliance with their warranty.”
