“I can manage to test my blood glucose and ketones.... but that's all. The rest looks really complicated... I'm NOT technology savy I'm afraid. But How can I track my progress? All the Graphs look really intimidating. Can you send me simple straightforward steps please- For a total beginner.”

“Really enjoying seeing my numbers and it feels very accurate. I did have one time where it read my Ketones way too high, but anomalies happen. Probably just had something on my hands that interfered. Also synchs sometimes fail, but nothing made my imperfect humans is perfect. Makes sense. It didn't deserve a perfect 5, but also 4 is under selling it. With electronics and things that involve connections failures are going to happen. As long as it doesn't happen a ton it's not a big deal. Loving the device. Shout out to Dr. Boz who I got the recommendation from loving her channel.”
