“I find wild variation in glucose readings taken within minutes of each other. I have had too many keto strips unable to 'sip' or give an error when first inserted. How is quality control done?”

“I keep getting error message E11 even though I've changed to new batteries twice it happens immediately when I put the strip in I think I have a defective unit and I sent an email and I also went on chat and never got a response I've never been able to use it once since I received it”
