“Keto Mojo handled my problem with the device showing Err 11, a battery problem. I tried my batteries but all failed and than Keto-Mojo send me right away a new device. That was wonderful.”

“Individually packed strips kind of a pain in the ass. Meter does not seem to get repeatable readings dependably. App works good however it’s taken a while to figure out what all the advanced graphs represent. A page with an explanation of then would be beneficial. The lancet tool is not great. I use a multi lancet from Accucheck instead where I only have to reload every 6 times.”

“I put a small set of scissors into my kit so I could cut open the test strip packages (which are overly difficult to tear open). Maybe the kit should include a scissor.”
